What do I need to rent an apartment in Valencia?
Usually a passport or ID, proof of income (payslips or bank statements), the deposit and, increasingly, rent guarantee insurance. Some landlords also ask for an NIE, although it isn't legally required to rent.
Can I rent in Valencia as a foreigner without a Spanish payslip?
